BA St John's College, Cambridge 1559; he died soon afterwards.

Books

Johnson's probate inventory includes nearly 100 books, valued at £3 17s 4d (from a total estate valued at just over £5). The books are mostly in Latin, with some Greek and French, with a mixture of subjects including theology, philosophy, classics, and other topics. He bequeathed some specific books to three of his academic colleagues. The full inventory is edited as Leedham-Green no.102 (see full citation below).
