Biographical Note

Son of Thomas Dillingham, rector of Barnwell, Northamptonshire. BA Emmanuel College, Cambridge 1655, fellow 1657, MA 1658. Vicar of Oundle, Northamptonshire 1663.

Dillingham's library was auctioned in London, 29.11.1680, as part of a joint sale with the books of Henry Stubb, Thomas Cawton, John Dunton and Thomas Vincent; the sale catalogue runs to over 13,000 lots but does not distinguish which books came from which source.
