Biographical Note
BA St John's College, Oxford 1626, MA 1629, BD (Oxford) 1649. Rector of Toft by Newton, Lincolnshire 1633. Warden of New College, Oxford.

Marshall's probate inventory notes his library valued at ca. £50, including 65 folios, 124 bound quartos, and various smaller formats and stitched books.
