Adam ELLIOT or ELLIOTT 1691-1735

Biographical Note

Born in London. Fellow of King's College, Cambridge 1713, BA 1714, MA 1717; rector of Milton, Cambridgeshire 1727, and assistant master at Eton College, where he died.

Books

Elliot used an engraved armorial bookplate (Franks 9741), made after 1717; the extent and disposition of his library are not known.
