Biographical Note

Son of Denzil Holles, 1st Baron Holles. Matriculated at Clare College, Cambridge 1651, but did not graduate; entered the Middle Temple 1648. MP for Lostwithiel 1647, and for other constituencies thereafter; he held various local administrative offices.

Books

A couple of books, of uncertain current location, are recorded in the Armorials Database with the Holles arms and his initials F H; the extent and disposition of his library are not known.
