Biographical Note
Matriculated at Trinity Hall, Cambridge 1543; at the time of his death he was recorded as an LL.B and fellow of the college.
Books
Wyer's probate inventory includes ca.200 books, valued at £9 17s 6d (from a total estate valued at over £66). The books are mostly in Latin, with some Greek and English ones, and are predominantly legal with some classics and other subjects, though a strikingly low peoportion of theology.
