Biographical Note

Son of Samuel Sparrow of Newbury, gentleman. BA Christ Church, Oxford 1741, MA 1746, after which no further details of his career have been traced.

Books

Sparrow used an engraved armorial bookplate, made when he was at Oxford (Franks 27663); the extent and disposition of his library are not known.
