Biographical Note
Son of Humphrey Onely of Yoxall, Staffordshire, clerk. BA Magdalen Hall, Oxford 1667, MA Christ's College, Cambridge 1672. Curate of Norton Canes, 1680, vicar of Colton 1706, subsequently rector of West Marden, Hampshire.
Books
Onely's library was auctioned in London, 12.11.1717; no catalogue survives, but the sale was advertised in the Daily Courant and the Post Boy.
