Biographical Note

Son of Robert Skinner, physician. BA Trinity College, Oxford 1674, barrister of the Inner Temple 1682; judge of the Marshalsea Court.

Skinner's library was auctioned in London, 13.2.1699, as part of a joint sale with the books of John Hampden.
