Biographical Note

Born in Yorkshire. BA Peterhouse, Cambridge 1668; rector of North Crawley, Buckinghamshire 1679-86.

Books

Hill’s probate inventory lists “his study of books” valued at £20 (from a total estate valued at £163, of which £46 was money). His will has no specific mention of books; the residue of his estate, after various monetary bequests were made, went to his executor Thomas Hackett.
