Biographical Note

Born at Mileham, Norfolk, son of John Francklin, rector of Gressenhall. BA Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge 1718, MA 1731; rector of Raynham, Norfolk 1730, of Toftrees 1732.

Books

Francklin used an engraved armorial bookplate (Franks 11199]], made after 1731 when he became an MA; the extent and disposition of his library are not known.
